Holy Smokes!! I'm an entire month behind on posting pictures...I better get to it!
Anyway, here is Jack with his very favorite book: Monkey Tumbles. It really is a cute one, with a monkey pog that actually "tumbles" through the book. He figured it out a month or two ago, how to put the monkey in the slot at the top of the page and watch him tumble down the vine and out the door at the bottom. A resounding "I DID IT!!" resulted and he's been hooked ever since. I can't believe how this child's vocabulary has exploded over the last few months. He seems to mimick everything you say (we must be very careful!!). He'll give every word and phrase a try. My favorite: one day he was running through the house and his shoe fell off. Matt said "Uh-oh, you blew a shoe!!" Now, every time a shoe falls off, Jack says in a worrisome manner, "I blew a shoe!!"
