Do you think our son will be embarrassed by this picture some day? When he's a teenager and refuses to do his chores, I'll remind him of how much he loved to vacuum when he was a toddler (in his mother's flip-flops, no less!) He's a riot--a spitting image of his father, complete with an OCD--cleanliness. He is pretty good about clean-up time when it comes to his toys. He loves to chase around the real vacuum and he is an absolute terror racing around the house with his miniature version. He is compulsive about closing doors and cabinets (which gives him lots to do because Mommy is horrible about leaving them open.) He'll be walking down the hall and notice a bedroom door is open and he'll have to close it. He always makes sure his closet door and bathroom doors are closed before he lays down to bed. I hope it's just a cute little quirk he has, and not a foreshadowing of a true OCD to come.
