Today Jack and mommy got to come home. It was quite the day: first time in his car seat, first ride in the car, first trip to Quiznos for some lunch on the way home, first meeting of the dogs...yikes! (Amazingly, they are all getting along beautifully...for now!) First snooze with dad on the couch, first nap in his bouncy seat, first bottle of formula. Wow, what a full day. He's adjusting well and we just could not be happier. Mommy's too excited to have 3 months off work to play with and get to know this little guy. Daddy is jealous cuz he has to go back to work, but there will be plenty of daddy-time, too, I'm sure.
