September 22, 2012: Tracy Deever & Mike Maddox's wedding. A wedding necessitates nice clothes, which translates to tears for Jack. I've never seen a kid who is so touchy about clothing! He's always been picky about what he wears. It has to fit exactly right; has to be soft; no collar; not loose at all. Right now he's into comfy things. NO pants; athletic shorts only. Old ratty t-shirts. He's driving me nuts! So when it came to getting dressed for the wedding, the tears came rolling in.
What a sad state of affairs. After the ceremony, Jack ditched the tie and then life seemed slightly more appealing. He still remained a stick in the mud, though. He usually loves to cut a rug and it just wasn't happening on this particular night.
Despite his little quirks, I sure do love that kid . . .
