Each year our subdivision puts on a Fourth of July "bike parade" for the kids. This year we finally participated. Mommy really enjoyed decorating the wagon (yeah, we aren't quite to the bike stage yet), and seeing Jack's face light up with excitement when he saw it. Then the kids piled in and we went for a walk down to the "starting line." Grandma & Grandpa D marched with us, Mommy snapped the pictures, and we all enjoyed cookies (Hank had two!!) and lemonade afterward. What a fun way to kick off the July 4th weekend!!
