If you recall Jack's Santa photo from last year, he was sleeping in Santa's arms. This year was about as far from that as possible. We tried a sit on his lap at the mall, and that was a disaster. I tried again at the Children's Mercy family holiday party and as you can see, that didn't go too smoothly either. Somehow, Grandma G. got him to sit (not smile, but actually sit) on Santa's lap when he was with her one day, so thankfully we have one picture of him being civil with Santa this year.
